AMANI and SYED
It was late Summer, and Amani and Syed had already postponed their Wedding twice (they’re now on date #3 or was it #4? – I lost count). There have been many many moments of change in this whirlwind of 2020, but this was a sweet moment of Joy.
With only Amani’s immediate family present (Syed’s family resides out of state and travel wasn’t ideal for them) they embarked on their journey to Elope and save the large party for a later date. There is something to be said about the level of true meaning these intimate moments present, full of beauty and poignant in its contrast to the norm.
This day held so much meaning for them as much as it did for me, allowing me the pleasure of documenting it which quenched my thirst for creativity again while celebrating love.
